CAHAYA INTENSIF SDN BHD (CISB), a 100% bumiputra owned company was incorporated on the 28th day of September, 1993. It started its operation as a small scale computer supplier mainly involved in the supply and maintenance of Personal Computer. The company was able to sustain itself in the competitive market and maintain continuous growth by utilizing the best means to gain market share in its area of business.

As part of its expansion programme and to maintain its business growth, CISB began to explore into other areas of business. In 1997, it involved in the supply and installation of audio-visual equipment, IT network equipment, medical, scientific and laboratory equipment. Besides that, CISB also provides consultancy services and System Integration. Since then, it becomes the principal business activity of the company.
